This bike is amazing in every way!! You will not go wrong by getting this bike. I did 1 full year yes 365 days of research on e-bikes for my needs. I have pulled my son in a trailer since shortly after he was born in 2004. So for more than 20 years I have been pulling him in a trailer attached to a bike. He has severe special needs which doesn’t allow him to do the things typical people would do. So I decided the day he was born to let him have as full of a life as possible. When I found this bike after all the research I did I saw that it packs a large punch for the cost. You cannot beat this bike. After 300 miles now and all of those miles pulling my son and his dog who way 180 pounds and the trailer weighing in at 50 pounds this e-bike doesn’t hesitate a bit!!!

I did around 14 miles on a mostly flat paved trail. I spent about 75% of the ride in Eco mode at power assist level 5 and the rest in Trail mode also at assist level 5. The motor support felt smooth and natural — not overwhelming just the right amount of help when I needed it. I started the ride with 98% battery and after 14 miles I still had 77% remaining which really impressed me.If you’re returning to biking later in life or just want a well-built powerful e-mountain bike that doesn’t feel intimidating I highly recommend the Summit 1.

I couldn’t wait to receive the bike and when I did come.I was very surprised of how great the bike looked. Bike was very easy to put together it only took me a half hour. The quality of the bike is excellent. It is a very stable bike and very fast break. I didn’t have the bike very long maybe 2 to 3 weeks and I already have over 100 miles on it. The bike is worth the money. I did install a drop post which really made the bike enjoyable.

I ordered the Summit 1 as an early birthday present and my only regret is that I didn’t pull the trigger sooner! This bike is easy to put together built with quality parts and craftsmanship and performs really well! I’ve had the bike less than a week and have already put a ton of miles on it!
