II. Free Warranty Service Details

  1. Service Content: Free repair or replacement of defective parts. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with the same model.
  2. Covered Products: Includes the desktop soundbar and the wireless satellite neck speaker set.
  3. Non-Human Damage Includes:
    1. Speaker unit failures without external force
